保障性安居工程建设是一项重大的民生工程,它是着力解决城镇困难家庭的住房问题,保障社会和谐稳定,促进经济发展的重大战略决策。我国从中央到地方,都高度重视保障性安居工程建设,大规模建设保障性安居工程,时间紧,任务重,如果工程造价不合理,必然影响住房工程质量安全,影响能否及时交付使用,影响保障对象在使用过程中是否满意,这就要求我们做好保障性安居工程造价的控制、管理工作。

Affordable housing project is a major livelihood project,which is a major strategy aimed at solving the housing problems of the urban poor families,ensuring social harmony and stability,and promoting economic development.From central to local levels,the Chinese government has attached great importance to the construction of large-scale affordable housing projects.Against this backdrop,time is pressed and the task is heavy.Should the project cost be inappropriate,it will inevitably affect the quality,safety,the timely delivery and the user’s satisfaction of the housing project.Therefore,it is necessary for us to have a sound cost control and management of the affordable housing projects.
