摘要
在直流电源屏中增加双蓄电池组自动切换功能时,常采取外购整套切换部件的解决方法,这样难免会使得产品成本居高不下,造成产品的竞争力下降。因此,文中介绍了双蓄电池组自动切换系统的一种解决方案,依据最新的设计规程,论述和比较直流电源屏系统各种接线方式的工作过程和优缺点,并且举例说明了利用单片机设计嵌入式系统实现蓄电池组间自动切换的工作原理和流程,为工厂在进行双蓄电池组直流电源屏设计提供参考。
When the DC power supply distribution need to add the automatic switching function, they general adopt purchasing the whole switching components to meet the requirements. Then it will increase the cost of the product; reduce the competitiveness of the product. So this article introduces a solution way to the dual battery group of automatic switching system according to the latest design specifications, discusses and compares the working process of each connection mode in DC power supply distribution system and advantages and disadvantages, and illustrates the use of single- chip design of embedded systems to automatically switch between the battery group work and process, providea a reference for the factory during the design of the DC power supply distribution.
