摘要
针对椭圆形封头卧式容器的特点进行数学分析,得出椭圆形封头卧式容器内不同液位及对应液体体积的函数关系式。再以PET装置中具有标准椭圆形封头(EHA)的卧式EG液封槽17-T02为例,验证了计算结果和实际生产中标定数值具有很好的一致性,表明该函数关系式可以用来指导设计及实际生产操作。
Mathematical analysis was carried out according to the characteristics of horizontal vessel with ellipsoidal head. The functional relation between different liquid level and corresponding volume was obtained. Comparison was made between calculation results and calibration data for 17-T02 EG immersion tank,which had standard EHA ellipsoidal head. It indicated that they were considerably consistent. Practically it was proved that this functional relation could be adopted for vessel design as well as plant operating.
