浅谈PET熔体输送管道应力处理

摘要 通过对实际项目的设计分析,针对设计过程中遇到的2个问题进行了论述,提出了解决方法。(1)内外管采用异种材料时,在不增加管道长度,保证工艺要求的情况下,设置补偿器,进行管系优化,以保证管系的安全运行。(2)设备管口受力要求苛刻时,设置支架,增强弯头吸收能力,避免管口处产生应力集中,满足管口受力的要求。 By the analysis and design of the practical projects, according to the two problems occured during design process, solutions were put forward. Firstly, while adopting different kinds of material for inner and outer pipeline, for no increasing the length of pipeline and guarantee for the process requirements, should set the compensator and optimize the piping system to ensure the pipeline system safe operation. Secondly, while the requirement of allowable force on equipment nozzle is strict, should enhance the absorptive capacity of bends through arrangement supports, so as to avoid the stress concentrating on the nozzles and meet the requirements for allowable force on nozzle.
