摘要
观察房室结慢径完全消融后对快径前传功能的影响 ,并分析可能原因。方法 :2 2例确诊为房室结双径路并伴有折返性心动过速 (AVNRT)的患者行房室结改良术消融慢径 ,分别测量手术前后快径的前传有效不应期 (FPERP)、传导时间 (FPCP)及心动过速的周期 (SVTP)。结果 :FPERP由 (2 95± 35 ) m s变为 (2 6 1± 47) ms(P <0 .0 5 ) ;FPCP由 (2 6 1± 6 1) m s变为 (2 30± 45 ) m s(P<0 .0 5 )。Δ FPERP与 SVTP有相关性 (r=- 0 .5 35 3,P<0 .0 5 ) ,ΔFPCP与 SVTP无相关性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :消融慢径可以使快径的电生理特征发生改变 ,前传功能得到改善。
Objective:To evaluate the changes in the anterograte effective refractory period (FPERP) and conduct period of fast pathway (FPCP) after complete ablation of slow pathway,and analyze the possible reason Methods:22 patients with atrioventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia (AVNRT) underwent an intracardia electrophysiologic study before and after radiofrequency catheter ablation (RFCA) of the slow pathway FPERP and FPCP were measured before and after ablation;the period of tachycardia (SVTP) before RFCA was measured,too Results:There was a significant difference in FPERP between before and after ablation (295±35)ms vs 261±47 ms,P<0 05),and FPCP decreased from (261±61)ms to (230±45 ms,P<0 05),compared with preablation.There was a negativc correlation between FPERP and SVTP (r=-0 535 3,P<0 05).There was no significant correlation between FPCP and SVTP (P>0 05) Conclusion:Complete ablation of slow pathway improved the conduction of anderograte fast pathway and shortened the anterograte effective refractory period of fast pathway
