多囊脑磁共振诊断(附1例报告)

摘要 探讨先天性多囊脑的 MRI(磁共振成像 )表现和诊断。方法 :1例年龄 5 0 d的男孩 ,因四肢强直性抽搐作 MRI检查。结果 :两侧大脑半球有大小不等的囊状结构 ,呈圆形、椭圆形 ,提示高度扩张的血管周围间隙 ,其信号强度与 CSF一致。结论 :MR表现两侧大脑半球多发大小不等圆形、椭圆形或分层的囊状结构 ,信号强度与 CSF相似 ,结合临床病人智力发育异常、四肢强直性抽搐 ,应考虑多囊脑的诊断。 Objective:To study MR appearance and diagnosis of polycystic brain Methods:A baby boy was given MR examination because of limbs rigidity twitch Results:The cerebral hemispheres presented multiple,round,oral or curvilinear,variable size of cystic structures,which was the same signal intensity as that of CSF,represented extremely dilated Virchow Robin space The cortex became very thin, with a well definited margin Conclusion:MR reveals multiple round or oral cystic structures in cerebral hemispheres and the signal intensity is consistent with CSF,in combination with the patient who has mental abnormality or limbs rigidity twitch,this condition should be diagnosed as polycytic brian
