摘要
研究鼻咽癌放射治疗与鼻窦炎的关系。方法 :对 12 7例鼻咽癌放疗前、后病人的鼻咽 CT进行观察 ,并对鼻窦炎的发病情况及其相关因素进行分析。结果 :放疗前鼻窦炎发病率为 49% ,放疗后鼻窦炎发病率为 86 % ,其中放疗前无鼻窦炎者放疗后 72 %患有鼻窦炎。放疗后 6个月至 1年是发生鼻窦炎的高峰期。结论 :鼻咽癌患者的鼻窦炎的发病率较高 ,其发病与肿瘤的 T分期、肿瘤的发生部位等因素有关。放疗可使鼻窦炎的发病率增加 ,放疗前后的鼻窦炎发病原因有所不同。
Objective:To Study the Relationship Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma (NPC) Radiotherapy and sinusitis Methods:CT scanning of 127 patients with NPC before and after radiotherapy were analyzed Results:The incidence of sinusitis was 48 81% before radiotherapy Whereas the incidence of sinusitis was 85 82% after radiotherapy The patients who had not sinusitis before radiotherapy had sinusitis in 72% after radiotherapy Sinusitis mostly occurred after radiotherapy for 6 months to one year Conclusion:Radiotherapy can increase sinusitis The incidence of sinusitis was gradually increased from T 1 to T 4,and also related to the tumor position.The pathogeny of sinusitis before radiotherapy were different from that after radiotherapy
