脑卒中复发危险因素的探讨及防治 被引量:12

摘要 探讨复发性脑卒中的危险因素及其防治。方法 :对脑卒中复发组 5 8例与对照组 194例在高血压、糖尿病、高血脂、冠心病、饮酒、吸烟及脑卒中家族史等危险因素和初次发病后 3年内的复发和预后情况进行对比分析。结果 :复发组与对照组的危险因素是一致的 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,但复发组的预后较对照组差 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :防止脑卒中的复发主要是防治危险因素。 Objective:In order to study the risky factors and prognosis of recurrent stroke and prevention and treatment Method:Through comparison and anylysis between the risky factors (hypertension,diabetes,hyperlipenia,coronary heart disease,drinking,smoking and the family history of stroke) and the recurrence and prognosis in the three years after first stroke of 58 patients in recurrent group and 194 patients in control group Results:The study indicated that the risky factors of recurrent group and control were consistent (P> 0 05),but not in the control group (P<0 05) Conclusions:The main methods to prevent the recurrence of stroke is to control risky factors of stroke
