This paper introduced the selection and arrangement of landscaping tree species in Shijiazhang city. The indigenous, fast - growing tree should be the main species for landscaping, as well as the environmental friendly species, color- leaf species, and fruit trees. The research and exploitation on wild species and introduced species should be enhanced in the future. Furthermore, the construction of nursery garden and the seedling cultivation should be improved.
