摘要
从国内外经济社会与科技发展背景出发,探讨了促进科技和金融结合的目的与任务,阐释了科技金融内涵及其禀性特征、外延与系统结构,剖析了科技金融发展规律和表现形式,并从操作层面阐述了科技金融工作性质及特点,提出了今后亟待加强的方向性建议。
Based on background of development of economy society and technology at home and abroad, the author discussed goal and tasks of improving combination of technology and finance, expounded connotation, features, extension and system structure of technology finance, and analyzed regular and representation of development of technology finance. Finally, the author expounded quality and features of technology finance work, and put forward directional suggestions from aspect of operation level.
