摘要 低碳经济是建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会的新的技术范式和生产力发展方式。在低碳经济发展进程中,低碳技术的作用不可估量。结合太原市能源情况,从低碳经济产业链能源供应、能源存储和运输、能源消费3个环节分析了太原市发展低碳经济的技术需求,并提出发展重点。 Low-carbon economy is new technological paradigm and productivity development mode of building resource-saving and environment-friendly society. In process of low-carbon economic development, the role of low-carbon technologies is immeasurable. Combining with the energy situation in Taiyuan, the authors analyzed the technology needs of developing low-carbon economy, and put forward the development priority from three links of the low-carbon economy industry chain of energy supply, energy storage and transport, the energy consumption of Taiyuan.
