供水企业是社会关注的焦点,同时兼顾企业利润和民生改善是一个重要课题,笔者着重从供水企业自身提高管理水平,特别是从供水企业加强人力资源管理方面进行探讨,为供水企业实现经济效益和社会效益双赢提供一些理论指导。

The water supply enterprises are the focus of attention of social concerns. At same time, account corporate profits and improving people＇s livelihood are important issues. The author focused on water supply enterprises to improve the man- agement level, especially from the water supply enterprises to strengthen management of human resources which provide some theoretical guidance for water supply companies to achieve economic and social benefits of a win-win situation.
