Chemicals can be found everywhere in daily life, it＇s became a very important part of human production. China is a chemical power, most chemicals are flammable, explosive, corrosive, and poisonous. Petroleum chemical industry make the enormous contribution,but also making a lot of disaster at the same time for human society. This paper introduces the major hazard identification, and put forward some scientific and effective strategy for risk prevention in petrochemical industry. Those hazard identification methods will provide important basis for the chemical enterprises selecting the suitable solution to indentify the hazard source and avoid security accidents.
