彩色多普勒心肌组织显像测定小儿左室收缩功能

New Left Ventricular Function Indicators by Doppler Tissue Imaging in Children

用彩色多普勒心肌组织显像 ( DTI)测定 2 0 3例不同年龄正常小儿和 39例病毒性心肌炎、2 3例扩张型心肌病患儿的二尖瓣环、左室后壁、室间隔、心尖部收缩期运动速度 ,明确了小儿正常值 ,并与其他检查左室收缩功能的指标进行比较。结果显示 ,DTI测定心肌炎、心肌病患儿左室收缩功能降低的敏感性显著高于其他检查方法。

normal children from newborn to 12 years of age, viral myocarditis(39 cases)and dilated cardiomyopathy(23 cases)were examed by DTI and conventional Doppler echocardiography The systolic velocity of mitral valvular ring and muscle motion velocity of systolic of left ventricular posterior wall,interventricular septum and cardiac apex was measured in every normal children and patient with myocardial disease,and the systolic function indicators of DTI was compared with that of conventional Doppler echocardiography The systolic velocity of patients with viral myocarditis and dilated cardiomyopathy was significantly slower than that in normal children,systolic function indicators of DTI were more sensitive than conventional echocardiography Doppler Tissue Imaging provides a new window into systolic ventricular function and a new sensitive diagnostic method to a number of cardiac disease in children
