摘要 目的:探讨LEEP刀联合明胶海绵及壳聚糖抗菌膜治疗中重度宫颈糜烂的临床疗效。方法:我院收治的96例中重度宫颈糜烂患者,LEEP刀联合明胶海绵及壳聚糖抗菌膜治疗者作为观察组50例,对照组46例则为单纯LEEP刀治疗,观察两组术后阴道出血、排液情况及临床疗效。结果:观察组术后阴道流血量及排液量明显少于对照组,术后阴道流血时间也明显低于对照组,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后第2、3个月,观察组痊愈率明显高于对照组,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:LEEP刀联合明胶海绵及壳聚糖抗菌膜是治疗中重度宫颈糜烂安全、有效的方法,值得在临床上推广应用。 Objective:To explore the clinical effect of LEEP procedure combined with gelfoam and chitosan cervical antibacterial film for moderately severe cervical erosion.Methods:96 patients diagonosed with moderately severe cervical erosion were divided into two groups:the observation group and the control group.The observation group were treated with the LEEP procedure combined with gelfoam and chitosan cervical antibacterial film.The control group was simply treated with LEEP precedure alone.The amount of vaginal discharge and blood loss after the operation,the length of bleeding time and the cure rate of the two groups were analyzed.Results:In comparison with the control group,the amount of vaginal discharge and blood loss and the length of bleeding time in the observation group were significantly higher(P〈0.05).In comparison with the control group,the cure rate was significantly higher in the observation group the second and third months after the operation(P〈0.05).Conclusion:LEEP procedure combined with gelfoam and chitosan cervical antibacterial film is an safe and effective method in treating the moderately severe cervical erosion,it is worthy of clinical application.
