舒血宁注射液治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足眩晕118例

118 Cases of Vertigo Caused by Vertebrobasilar Ischemia Treated by Top of Form Shuxuening Injection

目的:观察舒血宁注射液对椎-基底动脉供血不足导致眩晕的治疗效果。方法:210例椎-基底动脉供血不足患者随即分为治疗组118例,对照组92例,分别应用舒血宁注射液20ml和川芎嗪注射液80mg加入5%葡萄糖注射液或者生理盐水250ml静脉滴注,连续7天后,观察眩晕症状和TCD检查指标变化。结果:舒血宁注射液治疗组总有效率98.3%,川芎嗪对照组总有效率79.3%。治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:舒血宁注射液治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足导致的眩晕疗效肯定。

Objective：To observe the treatment effectiveness after using Shuxuening Injection to treat vertigo caused by vertebrobasilar ischemia.Methods：210 cases of vertebrobasilar ischemia patients were randomly divided into two groups：118 cases in treatment group and 92 cases in control group.Shuxuening injection 20ml or ligustrazine injection 80mg used in 5% glucose injection or normal saline 250ml were used in two groups respectively.Observe the vertigo symptoms and the change of TCD examination after 7 consecutive days.Results：Shuxuening injection group,the total effective rate is 98.3%,ligustrazine control group,s total effective rate is 79.3%.The effectiveness of the treatment group is better than the effectiveness of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Shuxuening injection in the treatment of vertigo caused by vertebrobasilar ischemia has positive treatment response.
