ACEI和ARB治疗高血压的疗效比较研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的:研究血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)与血管紧张素Ⅱ-Ⅰ型受体拮抗剂(ARB)对高血压病患者的疗效。方法:选择我院2010年6月~2011年6月门诊确诊的原发性高血压患者116例,随机分为两组,58例采用ACEI治疗的患者为ACEI组;58例采用ARB治疗的患者为ARB组,均治疗6个月,观察两组血压、血肌酐、24h尿蛋白定量、血钾。结果:两组治疗前与治疗后血压及血肌酐、24h尿蛋白定量、血钾进行比较结果显示,两种药物治疗后血压、24h尿蛋白定量均较治疗前有明显下降,治疗前后血压比较差异具有显著性,有统计学意义(P〈0.05),治疗后血肌酐、血钾值无明显变化,前后差异无显著性,无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。两组治疗后结果相比较差异无显著性,无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论:ACEI和ARB均有明显降压作用及降低24h尿蛋白定量的效果,在临床使用时可根据患者情况,选择使用。 Objective:To research the effect of angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors(ACEI) and Ⅱ-Ⅰ angiotensin receptor antagonist(ARB) to hypertensive patients.Methods:It chose 116 patients patients with untreated essential hypertension,who were diagnosed from June,2010 to June 2011 in our hospital,they were randomly divided into two groups,58 patients were accepted the treatment of ACEI as ACEI group;58 patients were accepted the treatment of ARB as ARB group,patients in two groups generally be treated for 6 months,and ten observing their blood pressure,serum creatinine,24h proteinuria and serum potassium.Results:I compared patients’ blood pressure,serum creatinine,24h proteinuria and serum potassium after the treatment to these before the treatment in two groups.It turned out that blood pressure and 24h proteinuria were sharply declined by two drugs after the treatment.There was significant difference and statistical significance to the blood pressure observed before and after treatment(P0.05).There was no significant difference and no statistical significance between the treatments(P〉0.05).Conclusion:The ACEI and ARB has conspicuous depressurization,and they also can reduce the effect of 24h proteinuria,in a short,we should selectively use the treatment for clinical application according to the specific circumstance.
