赖脯胰岛素对初诊2型糖尿病患者血糖及胰岛功能的影响

The Influence of Blood Glucose and Pancreatic Function of Lnsulin Lispro Treatment of Newly Diagnosed Type 2 Diabetes

目的：探讨赖脯胰岛素对初诊2型糖尿病患者血糖及胰岛功能的影响。方法：选取2011年1月~2012年1月我院内分泌科收治初诊2型糖尿病患者98例,随机分为对照组（给予优泌乐）和治疗组（给予优泌林）,于治疗前后分别测定HbAlc、FPG、2hFPG、FC-P及2hC-P;同时与治疗结束后对两组胰岛素用量及低血糖发生情况进行比较。结果：①两组患者经治疗后,FPG、2hFPG及HbAlc均显著下降,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;②经治疗后,治疗组FC-P、2hC-P水平显著升高（P〈0.05）,对照组无明显变化（P〉0.05）,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;③治疗组胰岛素用量及低血糖发生率显著小于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：赖脯胰岛素治疗初诊2型糖尿病效果满意,可有效控制血糖,改善胰岛功能,可很好地模拟正常生理胰岛素分泌,值得应用。

Objective：The influence of blood glucose and pancreatic function of Insulin Lispro treatment of newly diagnosed type diabetes were explored.Methods：From Jan 2011 to Jan 2012,98 cases of newly diagnosed type diabetes were divided into control group（Humalog） and treatment group（Humulin）.The level of HbAlc,FPG,2hFPG,FC-Pand 2hC-P were determined before and after treatment.The insulin dose and hypoglycemia were analyzed after treatment.Results：①The level of HbAlc,FPG and 2hFPG had dropped signidicantly between two groups（P0.05）,two groups showed significant difference（P〈0.05）.③The insulin dose and incidence of hypoglycemia were less in treatment group than in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Insulin Lispro treatment of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes could control the level of blood glucose,improve pancreatic function and simulate of human physiological insulin secretion.It was worth popularizing application in clinic.
