摘要
城市电网10 kV出线短路故障在电力系统中经常出现。因此,提高10 kV出线故障保护动作行为分析能力,对于事故应急处理,保障系统安全运行具有重要意义。辖区一变电站10 kV出线连续发生两次短路故障而导致10 kV出线开关连续动作分闸两次,但第一次开关重合成功,第二次开关未重合,致使线路停电。文中详细分析这起事件,探究其中保护动作行为特点,从中发掘保护动作行为规律,且供运行人员参考,以便碰到类似故障时的快速判断与处理。
In the urban grid, 10 kV outlet short-circuit fault often appears in the power system, Therefore, raising the analysis capabilities of 10 kV outlet fault protection action behavior has an important significance for emergency treatment and safe operation of the security system. The 10 kV outlet has continuous occurrence of two short-circuit fault which lead the continuous two separating brakes of 10 kV outlet switch. That the switch has successful coincidence for the first time while not for the second time results in line power failure. This accident is analyzed in detail in this paper. The characteristics of protection operation behavior are explored to find the law of Protection Operation Behavior, and for the reference of the operating personnel in order to judge and deal with similar failure quickly.
