摘要
跳闸脉冲监测系统包括跳闸脉冲监测器和手持式阅读器。跳闸脉冲监测器由超低功耗单片机、时钟芯片、红外数据传输模块、脉冲感应模块等组成,通过感应方式监测断路器跳闸回路中的跳闸脉冲,记录跳闸发生时刻和跳闸脉冲宽度。手持式阅读器通过红外通信方式从跳闸脉冲监测器读取相关数据并与GPS时间进行对比,显示跳闸发生的绝对时间和脉冲宽度。通过合理布置监测点,可以快速甄别断路器跳闸是由二次回路故障所引起,还是由断路器机构本身原因所引起,可以有效地缩小查找范围,快速找到故障点。
The tripping pulse monitoring system includes the tripping pulse monitor and the hand-held reader. The tripping pulse monitor which consists of ultra low power MCU, the clock chip, infrared data transfer module and pulse induction module etc, monitors the pulse of breakers trip circuit by induction. The hand-held reader reads the datas from the tripping pulse monitor by infrared communication. Comparing these datas with GPS time, then it shows the absolute time of the trip and the pulse width. With reasonable monitoring points, it is fast to discriminate between a secondary loop fault and the breaker's own structure that cause the circuit breakers trip. The method can narrow the searching range effectively and approach the fault point quickly.
