摘要 针对某发电公司660 MW超超临界机组的凝结水精处理系统运行操作技术特点和现场存在问题进行了探讨研究,通过现场实际运用,总结了一些较为可行的运行操作经验,采取了相应对策。在系统运行中应尽量发挥前置过滤器的作用,注意加强高速混床冲水排气操作,确保床内压力与进水压力相平衡;同时,在混床树脂的输送、分离及再生过程中做到树脂输送彻底,混合树脂送入混床后不会分层,正确判断树脂擦洗效果,准确控制好树脂界面高度,保持树脂再生时冲洗水的流量稳定性等,从而确保凝结水精处理系统安全稳定运行。 Focusing on the technical characteristics of the operations of condensate polishing treatment systems as well as the existing issues in one 600 MW ultra-supercritical power plant, this paper summarizes several feasible operational experiences through filed application. Several measures are adopted. It is concluded that the pre-filters should be utilized to the greatest extent, and the water vent operations of high-speed mixed beds needs to be strengthened. Meanwhile, during the transport, separation and the regenerative processes, the resins should be transported out thoroughly, and no separation should occur after the mixed resins are put into the mixed beds. Besides, judging the scrubbing effect reasonably, controlling the interface height accurately and keeping the reliability of the flow utilized to scour the resins are also effective measures.
