肿瘤的化学预防治疗靶点——NF-κB 被引量:1

摘要 肿瘤的治疗手段不断发展,但肿瘤依然是目前威胁人类的死亡的主要疾病。化学预防作为一种新的肿瘤预防治疗手段,针对该领域的研究也在近些年取得了较多的研究进展。肿瘤的化学预防概念在1976年由SpornMB^[1]。等提出,化学预防是指天然或合成的化合物通过阻碍、代谢致癌物或者抑制肿瘤细胞的生长的机制,阻滞或逆转肿瘤的发生发展。
