职校图书馆开展企业文化教育的对策探析

The Main Measure of Raising Enterprise Culture Education in Vocational-school Libraries

大多数现代企业要求员工有较高的企业文化素质,职业院校应主动适应社会发展要求,加强学生的企业文化教育。职校图书馆在教育形式、馆藏文献、阅读环境等方面具有开展企业文化教育的优势。职校图书馆应打造具有企业文化素质的图书馆员队伍,加强"图企"合作,开展多种教育活动和职能培训,提高学生的企业文化素养。

Most modem enterprises request that the employee would have higher enterprise-culture-quality. To adapt to the request of society＇s development, the vocational schools should raise the enterprise-culture-quality of students. The voca- tional-school library has the advantage in carrying out enterprise-culture-quality on the form of education, collections, read- ing environment. To improve students＇ interprise-culture-quality, we should build up a library team of the enterprise-cul- ture-quality, and strengthen the cooperation between libraries and enterprises, and carry out educational activities and the training of vocational functions in vocational-school libraries.
