摘要
Nand Flash具有存储密度高、功耗小、成本低等优点,这使其成为嵌入式系统的重要组成部分。以PXA255处理器和嵌入式Linux操作系统为基础,阐述基于Linux MTD子系统Nand Flash驱动程序的实现。
Nand Flash is one important part of an embedded system because of its high density, small power consumption and low cost. We introduce the implementation of Nand Flash device driver based on Linux MTD system under PXA255 processor and embedded Linux operating system .
