文中分析了检察环节保障律师执业权利的立法现状及存在的问题,并重点就加强检察环节保障律师执业权利工作机制建设问题,从完善检察工作基本规范、加强内外部监督、加强与律师管理部门和律师机构沟通协调机制诸方面较全面地提出了建议。

This paper analyzed the legislative status quo and the existing problems of protecting the lawyer＇s right to practice in the procuratorial link, and focused on strengthening the working mechanism to protect the lawyer＇s right to practice in procuratorial link to give a more corn- prehensive recommendations from im- proving the basic specification of the procuratorial work, strengthening the supervision of the internal and external, strengthening the communication and coordination mechanism with management devartments and law aeencies.
