摘要
《侵权责任法》是我国民事立法的创举,其采取了不同于大陆法系和英美法系的立法模式。同时也给教学工作带来了新的摸索。对于侵权责任法相关内容的编排,不同的教材的差别很大,往往给教师授课带来一定的困惑。通过法律关系的主体、客体、内容三要素的结构体系整合侵权责任法的相关内容,以此在教学中实现内容的完整性和结构的逻辑性。
Tort Liability Act was the pio- neering work of our civil legislation, which adopted a legislative mode different from the civil law and common law. It also brought teaching a new exploration. For the content arrangement of the Tort Lia- bility Act, different materials vary widely, which often bring certain confusion to teaching. The author integrated the content system of the Tort Liability Act through the structure system of the three elements of the subject, the object and the content of the legal relationship, in order to achieve the integrity of the content and the logical- ity of the structure in teaching.
