在全面推广使用数码摄影技术的今天,对于刑事案件现场勘查中所摄的能够证明一定犯罪事实成立的案件现场数码原版照片资料,采用何种方式保存更具有永久性,防止被加工与修改的可能?按照怎样的工作流程进行,从搜集与保全证据的角度上看,其程序更具有合法性、可操作性呢?对此学术讨论一直没有一个定论。刑事案件现场影像资料应面对证人采集与多介质临场存储。

Today,when digital camera techniques are popular,how to preserve permanently the digital photographic data,which are taken at crime scenes and can prove a certain criminal facts,and prevent them from being processed or revised？ From the aspect of collecting and maintaining proofs,what workflow can be followed to make the procedure more legitimate and operative？ There’s no conclusion in the discussion around the academic circle.This paper holds that the photographic data at crime scenes should be collected in face of the eye-witness and be stored at the scene with multiple medium methods.
