摘要
取7种不同性质的减压渣油为原料,热反应温度为420~460℃,在不同停留时间的条件下,在重油热加工性能精确评价仪器上进行反应,高温反应后进行急冷处理,以保证反应条件的精确性。取热反应后的产物为原料,以甲苯为溶剂,利用索式抽提器进行甲苯抽提,对抽提后的结焦前体物进行烘干处理并进行称量,分析甲苯不溶物产量,可以得到不同性质的减压渣油在不同温度和不同停留时间下的结焦前体物拐点的数据。用灰色关联分析系统对结焦前体物拐点和减压渣油性质进行了分析,结果表明:在不同的反应温度和停留时间的条件下,减压渣油性质对结焦前体物拐点影响的敏感度是不同的,饱和烃、碳、氢和胶质对结焦前体物拐点影响敏感,密度、钒和硫对结焦前体物拐点影响迟钝。
Several vacuum residues of different properties were reacted in the evaluator of heavy oil pro- cessing performance under the conditions of a reaction temperature of 420-460 ℃ and different residence time. The reaction product was quenched after HP reaction to ensure the accuracy of reaction conditions. The reac- tion product was than extracted in sorbitic extractor with toluene solvent. The coke precursor after extraction was dried and weighted to calculate the production of toluene insolubles so as to get the data of inflection points of coke precursor of vacuum residues of different properties at different temperatures and different residence time. The inflection points of coke precursor and vacuum residue properties were analyzed by grey relational method. The results show that, under different reaction temperatures and residence time, vacuum residues with different properties have different sensitivities to the impacts of coke precursors' inflection points. The saturated hydrocarbons, carbons, H2 and gum are sensitive to the inflection point of coke precursor while the density, vanadium and sulfur are slowly sensitive to inflection point.
