摘要
随着环保问题的日益突出,对汽油质量的要求也越来越高。根据北京市开始实施第五阶段车用汽油标准的整体安排,北京燕山分公司通过优化调整催化裂化、S-zorb、催化重整、烷基化、MTBE等装置原料及工艺参数,完善储运调合系统,成功地生产出满足京Ⅴ标准的汽油。92号汽油主要用重整汽油和S-zorb精制汽油调合;95号汽油主要用重整汽油、S-zorb精制汽油、精MTBE以及部分烷基化油调合。根据生产实践经验,必须控制催化原料的硫含量以保证S-zorb装置原料硫质量分数不大于300 mg/kg,才能保证S-zorb装置精制汽油硫质量分数在10 mg/kg以下,还需要通过液化石油气深度脱硫增加精MTBE的数量和比例。
Due to increasingly prominent environmental issues, the comes higher and higher. Based on general arrangement of the fifth stage requirement on gasoline quality be- motor gasoline standard implemented by Beijing recently, by optimizing adjustment of feedstock and process parameters for the catalytic cracking plant, S-zorb plant, catalytic reforming plant, alkylation plant and MTBE plant etc. and by improving storage & transportation blend system, Sinopec Beijing Yanshan Company has successfully produced gasoline that meet Beijing Ⅴ standard.
