摘要 介绍了两段变压吸附和产品气净化技术在中国石油化工股份有限公司北京燕山分公司30 dam3/h催化裂化干气提浓乙烯装置上的应用情况。工业运转结果表明,该技术筛选的吸附剂选择性好,动态吸附容量大,乙烯回收率高于87%;与已实现工业化的深冷分离和油吸收分离等工艺相比,过程耗能显著降低;产品气精制工艺流程合理,选择的贵金属脱氧剂选择性和活性高,脱氧温度低,并可减少烯烃饱和。产品气经过深度精制,其中CO2,O2,H2S和H2O的体积分数低于1μL/L,砷体积分数低于5 nL/L,产品质量全部满足乙烯装置进料要求。采用溶液吸收-离子色谱法定量分析了产品气中的NOx,其中NO体积分数为4 nL/L,NO2体积分数小于2 nL/L。该技术可消除NOx对乙烯安全生产的影响,经济效益和社会效益显著,具有广阔的推广应用前景。 The paper introduces the application of two-stage pressure swing adsorption and product gas purification technology in SINOPEC Beijing Yanshan Company' s FCC dry gas enrichment ethylene plant. The commercial operation results show that the adsorbent selected is good in selectivity, high in dynamic adsorption capacity, and the ethylene recovery rate is higher than 87% ; As compared with the commercial cryogenic sep- aration and oil absorption process, its energy consumption is significantly reduced. The product gas refining process is appropriate, the selected deoxidizer of precious metals has high selectivity and activity. The deoxidi- zation temperature is low, which is favorable for reducing olefin saturation. The CO2,02, H2S and water con- tent of product gas, after deep-refining, is lower than 1 μL/L, and the arsenic content is lower than 5 nL/L. The product quality completely meets the feed requirements of ethylene plant. The NO in product gas is 4 nL/L and NO2 is lower than 2 nL/L. This technology can eliminate the adverse impacts of NOx on the safe production. Both economic benefits and social benefits are significant. The technology has broad application prospect.
