摘要
利用单片机和图形化编程软件——LabVIEW,开发了用于实验室的切削温度虚拟仪器,实现了对切削温度的在线测量和实时显示。虚拟仪器分为硬件和软件两部分。硬件部分以单片机为核心,采用人工热电偶作为传感器,完成了切削温度的采集与数字化处理。软件部分利用LabVIEW软件,完成了切削温度数据的实时显示、保存和分析等功能。
The Virtual Instrument used in Lab was developed by MCU and Graph programming software-Lab- VIEW, cutting temperature was measured on line and displayed in real time. The VI contains two parts-the hard ware and the soft ware. The hard ware was based on MCU to complete temperature data acquisition and digital processing. The software was based on LabVIEW to complete the display, save and analysis of cutting tempera- ture.
