On the Shortcomings and Correction of Current Housing Policy System in Small and Medium City

住房问题是一个在世界范围内普遍存在且具有长久性、持续性特点的动态问题,世界各国都已经历或正在经历由住房问题所带来的经济和社会问题。本论文从公共住房的特点出发,结合我国现阶段国情,系统地分析我国中小城市公共住房政策的现状和存在的缺陷,从而提出完善公共住房政策的若干阶段性政策建议。

The housing problem is a dynamic problem prevalent in the world and has long and persistent fea- tures. All countries in the world have experienced or are experiencing the housing problems brought about by the economic and social problems. From the public housing characteristics and combined with the current condition of our country, this paper systematically analyzes the current situation and problems of public housing policy in our country＇s small and medium-sized cities, and then puts forward several stages of policy recommendations for the improvement of the public housing policy.
