Analysis of Countermeasures of Chinese Companies' Foreign Investment Risks——Based on the Example of TCL's Acquisition on Thomson

近年来,随着我国对外贸易的不断发展,我国企业的海外投资规模也在持续扩大,但海外投资依然面临多重风险,必须进行有效的风险防范。本文以TCL并购法国汤姆逊案为例,分析了其进行海外投资所面临的主要风险,并提出了几点防范海外投资风险的对策。
