摘要
如何提高大尺寸工件的在线测量精度,是大型机械加工的重要课题。针对数控机床的加工环境,提出一种工件在线大直径测量方案,该测量方案利用机床运动的直线性、传统小直径测量的高精度、激光测距的准确性、工件旋转的周期变动性,准确得到加工件的直径值。文中详细讨论了测量误差的来源和误差补偿,以及数据处理方法。实验结果表明:该方案的测量精度完全满足IT6的加工要求。
How to improve the on-line measurement precision of large size workpiece is an important task for large machining. In this paper, an on-line measurement method was proposed for the large workpiece in the machining environment of CNC lathe. This method adopted those advantages including linearity of machining, high precise of traditional small diameter measurement, veracity of laser ranging, period mobility of rotary workpiece, and the well measured diameter of workpiece. Finally, the authors discussed error source, error compensation, as well as data processing method. Experimental results demonstrate that the measurement precision of this method full meets the machining requirement of IT6.
