摘要 高压管汇的密封检测是高压管汇日常检修的必要手段,目的是为了保证高压管汇正常发挥其重要作用,确保钻井作业安全。高压管汇密封检测中最常遇到的是泄漏问题,由于泄漏部位的隐蔽性和高压管汇的高压危险性使得泄漏位置不能被快速准确的发现。该文利用声发射高灵敏度的特性,结合高压管汇各个管件的声波传播特性,在大量试验的基础上总结出高压管汇泄漏的声发射检测布点方式、分析方法和判断依据,为其他石油设备泄漏检测提供参考。 Sealing test is a necessary method for repairing high-pressure pipe manifold routinely. It is important to keep the pipeline safe in production. Leakage is a common problem in sealing test. Location of leakage can't be found promptly and accurately since its concealment and danger of high pressure. This article provided a project which made use of the high sensitivity of AE and the sonic characteristic of propagation in the pipeline. The project concluded the distribution of sensors for detecting pipeline's leakage, analysis method and the foundation of judgment. It gives a reference for other oil equipment test.
