摘要
建立HPLC测定油漆中的16种多环芳烃含量的方法,以FL2200-Ⅱ为高效液相色谱仪,Ultimate PAH-C18为色谱柱,乙腈和水为流动相,进行梯度洗脱,紫外检测器检测,检测波长为220 nm。结果表明16种组分在0.4~8 mg/L的浓度范围内均有良好的线性关系(r>0.999),其中检出限达0.04 mg/L,回收率均>80%。该方法快速,准确,重现性好,可用于测定油漆中的16种多环芳烃的含量。
A method was established for determining 16 species of PAHs in paint by HPLC, Which uses FL2200-Ⅱ high-performance liquid chromatography, Ultimate PAH-C18 separation column, and aqueous acetonitrile as mobile phase, then the analyte was eluted by gradient program and detected at 220 nm with ultraviolet detector. The results showed that there were good linear relationships (r〉0.999) when the concentration of the 16 species of PAHs was in the range of 0.4-Stag/L, and the limit of detection(LOD) was up to 0.04mg/L, the recovery rate was more than 80%. This method was simple, rapid, accurate, and reproducible, and it can be used for determining 16 species of PAHs in paint.
