摘要
混凝土是结构工程最重要的材料之一,其质量直接关系到结构物的安全,混凝土结构无损检测技术具有重要的作用。该文描述了冲击回波法无损探伤的工作原理,设计了基于LabVIEW系统的混凝土结构质量检测的虚拟测试系统,并对仪器进行了初步实验。将无损检测与虚拟仪器技术的结合应用于混凝土结构质量检测,实现了由传统取样试件试验方法向虚拟无损检测技术的转化。
The concrete, whose quality relates to the security of the structure, is one of the most important materials of structure engineering. So it is very important to test the quality of concrete structure with the technology of nondestructive test. In this paper, the authors described the principle of the impact-echo, designed the virtual testing system of concrete quality based on the LabVIEW system, and carried out the preliminary experiment in the aspect of instruments. It changed the traditional sampling-test to the virtual nondestructive test through combining the technology of nondestructive test and that of virtual instrument.
