信息社会图书馆文献信息资源管理转型与馆员信息素养的提高

图书馆现代文献信息资源管理及其转型对馆员信息素养提出了更高的要求,也是信息社会发展的必然要求。通过对信息社会图书馆员在文献信息资源管理中的角色进行定位,提出了提高馆员信息素养的多种有效途径。

Modern library literature information resource management and its transformation put forward higher request to the librarian＇s information literacy, and is the inevitable requirement of information social development. In this paper the role for the librarians in the information society in the literature information resources management was defined, and many kinds of effective way to improve the information literacy of librarians were specifically put forward.
