摘要
目的掌握多种药剂对淡色库蚊、家蝇和德国小蠊的杀灭效果,为有效控制媒介生物提供依据。方法在室内条件下分别采用幼虫浸渍法、微量点滴法、三角烧瓶药膜法。结果溴氰菊酯对淡色库蚊幼虫敏感性最高,毒力最大,LC50为0.009 1 mg/L;高效氯氟氰菊酯次之,LC50为0.012 6 mg/L;胺菊酯毒力较弱。家蝇对高效氯氟氰菊酯敏感性同样最高,LD50为0.008 3μg/♀,残杀威毒力最弱。高效氯氟氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯和仲丁威对德国小蠊的KT50分别为10.24、10.85和12.96 min,毒力较强。结论家蝇、德国小蠊对高效氯氟氰菊酯的敏感性最高,淡色库蚊幼虫对溴氰菊酯的敏感性最高,但高效氯氰菊酯的杀灭效果强于其他。
Objective The effect of four kinds of insecticides against Culex pipiens pallens,Musca domestica and BlatteUa germanica were determined, in order to provide scientific data for vector control. Methods Under labora- tory conditions, using soaking, topical application and residual smearing methods. Results The LCs0 of delta- methrin to mosquito was 0. 009 1 mg/L, and the toxicity was the highest. The toxicity of lambda-cyhalothrin was the second and its LCs0 to mosquito was 0. 012 6 mg/L. The toxicity of tetramethrin was the lowest. The LDs0 of lambda- cyhalothrin was 0. 008 3 txg/9 to fly. Propoxur was the lowest toxicity. For cockroach, the KTs0 of lambda-cyhalo- thrin, deha-methrin and fenobucarb were 10.24,10.85 and 12.96 min respectively. Conclusion For fly and cockroach, the toxicity of lambda-cyhalothrin was the highest. The toxicity of deha-methrin to mosquito was the stron- gest. The control effect of beta-cyfluthrin was the best of them.
