装载流程再造在降低灭菌器械湿包发生中的作用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨装载流程再造在降低灭菌器械湿包发生中的作用效果。方法选择2010年10月~2011年1月在本消毒供应中心消毒的3850件纸塑包装的医疗器械包为对照组,2011年2~4月的4050件纸塑包装的医疗器械包为实验组。器械进行灭菌时对照组采用常规装载方法,实验组采用装载流程再造。比较两组湿包发生情况的差异。结果实验组发生湿包有57件(1.41%),对照组有153件(3.97%),两组比较,χ2=50.248,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义,实验组湿包发生率较对照组低。结论装载流程再造可减少器械灭菌后湿包现象的发生。 Objective To study the effect of standardized packaging flowchart on the reduction of moistening packets by sterilizers. Methods 3 850 paper-plastic packages of metal medical instruments in the sterilization and supply center from October 2010 to April 2011 was set as the control group and another 4050 ones from October 2010 to January 2011 as the experiment group. The routine packaging was used in the control group, and the reconstructed flowchart was used in the experiment group. The two groups were compared in moistening packages by sterilizers. Results In the experiment group, 57 packages were moistened, accounting for 1.41%. In the control, 153 packages were moistened, accounting for 3.98 %. The incidence of moistening packages was significantly lower in experiment group, compared with conventional method (X2 = 50.248, P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions The reconstructed flowchart for packaging can be effective in reducing the incidence of moistening packages.
