信息技术在软式内镜清洗消毒监控管理中的应用

Application of information technology in monitoring of endoscope′s cleaning and sterilization

目的探讨信息技术在软式内镜清洗消毒监控管理中的应用效果。方法采用内镜清洗程序计算机信息系统对软式内镜清洗消毒情况进行科学的监督管理。比较采用手工和计算机记录各软式内镜清洗消毒情况所需时间和其资料完整性的差异。结果采用计算机完成记录各软式内镜清洗消毒情况所需时间较采用手工记录短;资料完整性优于采用手工记录,两者比较,均P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论运用信息技术对软式内镜清洗消毒工作进行监控,既省时方便,又科学规范。

Objective To investigate the effect of applying information technology in monitoring the cleaning and sterilization of endoscopes. Methods A endoscope cleaning program based on information technology was developed to monitor the cleaning and sterilization of endoscopes. The cleaning and sterilization effect, the time for clearing and sterilization and the completeness of data were compared between the manual operation and the program. Result Using the endoscope cleaning program, recording the cleaning and sterilization of endoscopes needed shorter time and the recorded data were more complete than using manual operation （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Monitoring the cleaning and sterilization of endoscopes is both convenient and scientific.
