基于一站式服务平台的网上政务公开模式探析

The Discussion on Mode of Making Government Affairs Public Online Based on the “One-stop" Service Platform

信息技术的不断发展为加强政务公开,构建阳光政府提供了便捷和丰富的手段,电子政务成为政务公开的重要形式,政府网站成为政务公开的主要阵地。本文根据政务公开工作的实际需要和现实条件,提出了基于一站式服务平台的网上政务公开这一模式,概述了该模式的基本形式。通过结合长沙市近年的相关实践,得到该模式具有发展和推广空间的结论。

The development of the information technology provides more convenient and rich means of making government affairs public and constructing the sunshine government. E-government has become an important form of the government affairs opening, and government websites have become a main position of it. According to the actual needs and realistic conditions, this paper puts forward a mode of making govern- ment affairs public online which is based on the ＂one-stop＂ service platform, and summarizes the basic com- ponents of the mode. Based on the practice at Changsha city in recent years, the paper gets the conclusion that this mode is deserved to be developed and expanded.
