摘要
采用SPSS软件对电涡流缓速器在不同结构参数下的磁感应强度数据进行回归,从而得出线圈电流、匝数、气隙和转子盘厚度与磁感应强度的关系式,其结果能较好地描述电涡流缓速器的磁场变化情况,这对电涡流缓速器的性能分析和结构设计具有指导意义。
In this paper,the regression analysis of the magnetic flux density data obtained by using Ansys software in different structural parameters is carried out by SPSS.The relationships between the coil current,air gap,the numbers of turns,the rotor disc thickness and the magnetic flux density data are obtained.The results are consistent with the actual situation.It provides guidance for analysis and structure design of retarder.
