Treatment Strategy of Intracranial Aneurysm with Associated Arteriovenous Malformation

颅内动脉瘤合并动静脉畸形是一组临床上较为少见的脑血管疾病,其动脉瘤与动静脉畸形的解剖特点和构筑关系往往比较复杂。针对不同临床特点的病例,我们应该考虑综合应用显微手术、放射治疗和血管内栓塞等多种不同治疗手段,采取合理的个体化治疗策略,以期取得理想的疗效。

Intracranial aneurysm with associated arteriovenous malformation is a kind of infrequent cerebrovascular disorder, which always has complex anatomic features and complicated angio--architectural relationships between two lesions. In view of clinical cases with different characters, we should take reasonable individual treatment strategies, which combine surgery with radiotherapy and endovascular embolization, and aim to achieve reliable clinical outcomes.
