脑电双频指数(BIS)监测手段在幼儿全麻包皮手术中的应用

摘要 研究BIS监测能否缩短幼儿全麻包皮手术的拔管和出院时间。40名3岁~10岁儿童随机分到BIS组和无BIS组。BIS组麻醉医生根据BIS值维持麻醉深度;另一组则依据经验维持麻醉深度。BIS组患儿拔除喉罩和完全清醒时间均快于无BIS组(P分别为0.04和0.02)。BIS能够缩短幼儿全麻包皮手术的拔管以及出院时间。 The study aimed to determine whether the 1 bispectral index could shorten the time of pulling off the LMA and the duration of hospitalization in the elective circumcision operation of children. 40 children within 3-10 years old were randomly divided into two groups: group A, anesthesiologists maintained the depth of anesthesia with BIS; and group B, the depth of anesthesia was controlled by the experience of anesthesiologists. Waking time, duration of hospitalization, pe- riod of pulling off LAM were recorded. Period of pulling off LMA and duration of waking time in group A were fast than those in group B (P=0.04, 0.02). BIS could shorten the time of pulling off the LMA and the duration of hospitalization in the elective circumcision operation under general anesthesia for children.
