中小医院无张力疝修补术和传统术式的术后生活质量的研究

The Research of Postoperative Life Quality of Unstressing Plastic Operation and Traditional Method of Inguinal Hernia in the Small and Medium Hospital

通过调查和分析两种腹股沟疝患者各30例,对不同手术方法患者术后生活质量的差异进行比较,随诊测定患者术后4周、术后3个月、术后6个月的生活质量值,数据经Excel录入,SPSS11.0统计软件进行分析。结果显示,术后4周、术后3个月、术后6个月,无张力疝修补术组患者生活质量高于传统疝修补术组。因此,充填式无张力疝修补术患者术后生活质量优于传统疝修补术。

We had investigated and analyzed 30 example patient＇s life quality tendency change situation of two kind of differ- ent surgery methods, we followed--up life quality value in 4 weeks, 3 months, 6 months, The database were constructed with Excel and then the analysis were done with statistical software SPSSll. 0. The results showed the life quality was higher after backfill type un-stressing hernia plastic operation, surpassed the traditional hernia plastic operation.
