摘要
随着全球老龄化社会的到来和医学技术的快速发展,接受手术治疗的老年患者日趋增多,伴随而来的老年患者术后认知功能障碍同时越来越多的引起人们的重视。本文针对老年手术患者术后认知功能障碍的发病情况和危害做了初步介绍,并详细分析了与其发生相关的可能高危因素,同时对其防治策略进行了一些深入的思考。
With the coming of the global aged society and the fast developing of the medical technology, the number of eld- erly patients underwent surgeries is growing significantly, and the postoperative cognitive dysfunction （POCD} following the elderly patients has been considered seriously. In the article, the morbidity and the harm of POCD in the elderly pa- tients underwent surgeries were summarized, and the underlying reasons of it were analyzed in details, as well as the ideal treatment strategies were thought in--depth by the authors.
