全面认识高血压的病因

Comprehensive Understanding the Etiology of Hypertension

高血压是临床上最常见的疾病之一,发病率很高,我国为18.8%,估计有2亿患者。高血压的病因众多,继发性高血压的常见病因为肾实质性高血压、肾血管性高血压、肾上腺疾病引起的高血压、睡眠呼吸暂停综合征等,在诊断中存在一些误区。本文将这些误区大致归纳为3个方面,并分别进行讲述。

Hypertension is one of the most common diseases in the clinical. It has a high incidence（ 18.8%） in China,about 200 million patients. Its causes are complexity. Frequent causes of secondary hypertension include renal hypertension, re- novascular hypertension, adrenal disease, obstructive sleep apnea syndrome, etc. There are some misunderstandings in the etiological diagnosis. This article will summarizes these misunderstandings for three areas, and will describe them sepa- rately.
