The disease canbe complex, and the progress can be rapid. At the same time, there are always the anxieties and high expectations of patients and their parents, the shortage on the objective and subjective aspects of medical staff, which are causing the conflicts in the medical treatment process. So the medical staff should not only need excellent technology and basic knowledge, but also need to have the ability to communicate with children and their families, in order to alleviate the contradiction.
