摘要 目的探讨儿科护士分层培训的方法与效果。方法成立儿科护士分层培训小组,对79名儿科护士按层级进行分层培训,培训内容包括临床护理、护理教育、护理科研等。结果分层培训前后护士考核总成绩、护士对培训满意度、患者对护士工作满意度、护士论文投稿率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论分层培训有利于调动儿科护士学习积极性,提高培训效果,并提高护士对培训的满意度及患者对护士工作的满意度。 Objective To explore methods and effects of stratified training on pediatric nurses. Methods A training team was estab- lished and 79 nurses were trained based on their levels in clinical nursing, nursing education, and nursing research, etc. Results The total test scors, nurses' satisfaction with training, patient satisfaction with nursing service, and nurses' submission of research pa- pers had significant differences before and after the training (P〈0.05,P〈0.01). Conclusion The stratified training helps to mobi- lize learning enthusiasm of pediatric nurses, improve training effects, and promote both nursesr and patient satisfaction.
